Clinical Programming is exercise guided by a physiotherapist that focuses on a highly individualised strengthening of deep postural muscles, and movement pattern retraining to target your specific needs with respect to your rehabilitation and injury prevention.
A range of gym based and pilates exercises can be an excellent adjunct to your treatment to improve core stability, balance, posture, coordination and improve functional and sporting performance, as well as assist with recovering from an injury or surgery.
